STRONG COMMUNICATION – ORGANIZATIONAL – CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED

For our client we are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of the company, providing exceptional service to all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will be skilled at multitasking, highly organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding support. Please note that this is a temporary position for 2 weeks from August 4 until August 15.

What will you do?

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly as they arrive, providing them with basic information and assistance.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them effectively.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate meetings and supplies.

Who are you?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service attitude and a friendly personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment while managing multiple tasks with patience.
  • Available from August 4 until August 15
